Customer Operations Analyst Cum Support Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Must be interested in successful customer engagement, be happy servicing customers for their functional and technical issue resolutions and provide solutions.
  • Must have basic Retail and Distribution business process and transaction knowledge. .
  • Accounting and Supply Chain domain knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Must be able to document technical / functional solutions, work arounds and communicate appropriately.
  • Technical working knowledge of MS SQL Server database, MS Office and productivity applications to deliver assignments and projects.
  • Once GreeneStep product and functional knowledge is acquired, must be able to deliver training, implementation and deployment services of GreeneStep product for customers across international markets and in respective time zone.
  • Work along with other support and customer operations team members, with sales, pre-sales, development and customization teams.

Required Experience,Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree must be in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business (with a strong IT background), Industrial Engineering (with a strong IT background), or other related Accounting / Commerce degrees.
  • SQL, HTML and Programming Knowledge + Basic Biz Transaction Knowledge (Commerce Background) - preferred.
  • Accounting and Finance Knowledge, Database Technical Knowledge, Any Exposure to ERP/software products is a plus, must be a good communicator over phone and web conference tools.
