ERP Support Analyst
Customer Support Analyst will provide technical and functional support to customers on GreeneStep Applications.
Must be able to take support calls, do outbound calls to customers to provide resolutions, seek additional information that helps to do better customer servicing.
Perform trouble shooting activities to provide Level 1 functional support & Level 2 Technical Support resolutions.
Deploy, Setup, Configure and Upgrade GreeneStep product modules and related customization projects.
Assist in Implementation, Training, Testing & Documentation of the customer use cases
Review MS SQL Queries, Run SQL profiler and other technical steps to document steps to recreate various issues and provide solutions.
This job involves working in Bengaluru for USA Time Zones.
ERP Sales Engineers
Candidate must have over 2 years of Direct Sales of ERP or CRM software with demonstration, business process mapping, and consulting capabilities.
Should have exposure to Wholesale and Distribution industry and Financial Accounting domain knowledge
Must be good at English written and verbal communication.
Must be able to analyze requirements and align the product demo for sales closures.
Must be able to document business proposals and technical solutions.
Must be able to gather specific mock-up master data and configure the same for demos.
Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, development and Implementation teams.
Must be able to document product customization and enhancement requirements.
This job involves working in Asia & USA Time Zones.
ERP Developer / Programmer Analyst
Candidate must have more than 2 years of software development experience using Microsoft Technologies.
Solutions development of any ERP or CRM or SCM products will be a plus.
Must have 1+ years in ASP .NET C# MVC 5.0
Must have knowledge of ASP .NET C#, SQL Server with JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax.
Must be able to analyze customer requirements, use case scenarios and align the product development for those requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Must be able to document technical solutions.

As a core R & D member, you will be working on the latest Microsoft technologies to develop, enhance and release GreeneStep Products. You will acquire tremendous practical business domain experience, knowledge accounting and supply chain process in parallel.
